Also contained in this latest photograph release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up plans to transform the substantial island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a legend labelling various areas of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be nine other property layouts and construction drawings, such as layouts for boat shelters.
